Delivery & Returns Policy

I’m only a small company and will do my very best to deliver your order as smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find some useful information regarding shipping, delivery and returns. If you have any general enquiries that aren’t answered here, please email

We offer a flat rate service based on the weight of the parcel; you will be able to view
the shipping cost prior to payment.

Once your payment has been processed, we aim to have your order dispatched
within 2-5 working days.

Artwork
purchases with framing included will take longer; please allow an additional
3-4 weeks for framing prior to dispatch. Framing orders will be sent at extra cost due to size, fragility, and weight. We will contact you for individual
delivery quotes for framed artworks.

If a parcel is returned to us by the shipping company after delivery is attempted for a second time, we will require repayment of the shipping cost before items are re-sent.

International

Please bear in mind that international shipping may take considerably longer than
domestic shipping, depending on destination country and customs.

Shipment to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, and these
additional charges must be paid by the customer. Alma Singer Art has no control
over these charges and bears no responsibility for these.

If a parcel is returned to us by the shipping company after delivery is attempted

are re-sent.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your order, you are responsible for returning it on a tracked service and contacting us at hello@almasingerart.com in advance to let us know within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Alma Singer Art does not cover the shipping cost of returning items.

Once your order has been returned, we will contact you to provide a refund (minus
original shipping fee).

Once your returned item has been received and approved for a refund, it takes up to
14 business days for the money to be refunded to your card. 

We are unable to process an exchange of items. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to order the 'new' item and send the unwanted item back to us for a full refund.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, we ask that you keep any items and packaging and contact us immediately
at hello@almasingerart.com. We can then organise a replacement or refund.  If this is the case we ask that
you contact us within 2 weeks of delivery date - after this time length we will not be able to take liability for damage. 

In some cases, the item you purchased may no longer be available as once an edition is sold out it cannot be reproduced. If this is the case, you will be refunded.

LOST
ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your order goes missing in the post, we will contact you and the relevant shipment company to try to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for orders going missing once they are with shipment
companies but will of course provide refunds or replacements to customers where necessary.

If we notice that there are issues with your shipment address we will contact you
prior to dispatch, however we cannot always spot mistakes and cannot be responsible for errors in contact details provided by customers.
